As time progresses, Science and Technology are also moved forward and resulted many changes that influence human civilization. One of the major changes is the Internet. It was in 1960s when Internet is founded. Since then, Internet has played an important role in human activities in many aspects, especially in education. Many college students use the Internet to aid them to do their assignments and communicate with their friends and teachers. Education, just the same as law, must put every children to an equal level. There should not be segregation of who can have education. These days the world was shocked by an Italian Neuroscientist Sergio Carnavero for he has announced to attempt head transplantation that has been scheduled for December 2017. He will be the first man who does head transplantation on a human in the world.
